
A) Admission through Haryana State Tech. Education Society, Panchkula.
1. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY (B.TECH.) (4 YEARS):
10+2 with Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subjects & Chemistry/Computer Science/Informatics Practices as optional Subject, obtaining at least 45% marks (42.75% marks in case of SC/ ST category).

2. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY (LEET) 2ND YEAR (3 YEARS):
Candidates must have passed Diploma in Engineering Technology course of 3 years duration or more from State Board of Technical Education Haryana or its equivalent with at least 45% marks (42.75% for SC/ST) in aggregate. Or should be pass in B.Sc. Degree of minimum three year duration from a recognised university with Mathematics as a subject in 12th Standard, with at least 45% marks in aggregate (42.75% in case of SC/ST Candidates).
Note: Admissions shall be made on the basis of merit of (LEET Engg.) 2020 conducted by NIC online on the website: www.onlinetesthry.nic.in. Eligibility and other guidelines are the same as given in the brochure.
3. DIPLOMA IN ME, EE, AA, CSE. CIVIL, ELECTRICAL( 3 YEARS):
Pass in 10th Examination with at least 35% (33% for SC/ ST) marks from Board of School Education, Haryana or equivalent examination from a recognised Board /University.
4. DIPLOMA IN ME, EE, AA, CSE. CIVIL, ELECTRICAL (LEET- 2 YEARS):
ITI of at least two years’ duration or 10+2 with PCM or 10+2 vocational.
5. ADMISSION TO D. PHARMACY
A Candidate must have passed any of the following examinations with Physics, Chemistry & Biology/ Mathematics with at least 35% marks (Subject to change by the state Govt. decision): Intermediate examination in Science, 10+2 examination (Science academic stream)/ 1st year of the three-year degree examination in Science/ Pre-degree examination/12 years Higher Secondary Education Board Exam (Science academic stream with Physics, Chemistry & Biology) of Higher Secondary Education Board, Nepal/ any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations [OR as may be amended by the competent authority
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
25% management seats shall be filled by the Institute itself through on-campus counseling on the basis of prescribed criteria.
75% of the seats shall be filled on the basis of percentage of aggregate marks obtained in qualifying exam in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics and English through online off-campus counseling by HSTES/NIC [OR as may be amended by the competent authority].
Note: The admission for Diploma in Engineering and Pharmacy will be made on merit basis by HSTES Panchkula.
6 ADMISSION TO B. PHARMACY
A candidate must have passed senior secondary examination (10+2) from Board of School Education Haryana/ CBSE, Delhi or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with at least 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST/BC/SBC) in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Biotechnology taken together and must have passed all the subjects individually.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
100% of the seats shall be filled by the institute itself on the basis of merit of aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying examination [OR as may be amended/ reviewed by the competent authority]
7 BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (BBA 3 YEARS):
10+2 Pass with 50% marks in any stream with English as a compulsory subject from CBSE or any other State Education Board.
8 BACHELOR OF COMPUTER APPLICATIONS (BCA 3 YEARS):
10+2 Pass with at least 50% marks from CBSE or Board of School Education, Haryana or any other examination equivalent thereto.
